La Nuit des Sens: Fine Dining, Champagne, and Opera at the Jardin des Sens
To mark International Art Day, the Hôtel Richer de Belleval is launching a new, exceptional event: La Nuit des Sens.
On Wednesday, April 15, an evening designed as a celebration of art in its fullest sense will take place, where fine dining, music, and the effervescence of fine champagnes come together in rare harmony. An evening of shared enjoyment and elegance in the company of the Voco-Cello duo from the Montpellier National Opera Orchestra.
A delicate opening at bar l’Elytre
Starting at 7:30 p.m., guests are welcomed into the cozy atmosphere of Bar l’Elytre, which has been reserved exclusively for the occasion. The evening begins with a glass of Gosset champagne, accompanied by appetizers conceived and prepared by Chefs Jacques and Laurent Pourcel.
It is in this intimate setting that the first lyrical performance will take place, offering a sensitive and immersive introduction to the program. The performance will be presented by the Voco-Cello duo, consisting of cellist Cyrille Tricoire de Haro and soprano Hwanyoo Lee.
A culinary experience punctuated by musical interludes
The evening continues at the Jardin des Sens, the Michelin-starred restaurant run by chefs Jacques and Laurent Pourcel. Guests will enjoy a five-course menu specially designed for the event.
For this first edition of the Nuit des Sens, the Montpellier Occitanie National Opera and Orchestra takes center stage with the Voco-Cello duo, bringing together the talents of soprano Hwanyoo Lee and cellist Cyrille Trécoire de Haro. Their two performances will elegantly punctuate the evening while accompanying the various tastings.
Champagne, Food Pairings, and Haute Cuisine
To make the experience complete, a Gosset-curated food and champagne pairing will be offered, allowing you to continue exploring the world of sparkling wine.
For lovers of fine wines, our head sommelier, Sébastien Martinez, will also suggest wine pairings to help you explore the menu in greater depth.
